Marty Bass

Cofounder

With over 20 years in the industry, Marty started out as a Field Engineer and continued to gain experience by holding positions such as survey coordinator, Hydrotest engineer, construction coordinator, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Project Manager. 

During these roles, Marty has worked with business development for feasibility studies and managed mega projects ($3B) cradle to grave through initial routing, design, permitting, condemnation hearings, construction, and commissioning. He has worked hand in hand with PHMSA, FERC, and other regulatory agencies. He understands the challenges and needs of our clients because he has been the client.
